Role Description The Brand Development Intern role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Semenyih, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The intern will support the development and execution of brand strategies that strengthen GETAcademy's presence across digital and offline channels. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with brand research, helping define brand messaging, and contributing to the creation of visual and written brand assets. The intern will collaborate with marketing, program, and operations teams to ensure consistent branding across campaigns, social media, presentations, and events. Additional responsibilities include monitoring brand performance, gathering feedback from stakeholders, and preparing reports and presentations to support brand initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Ability to contribute to Brand Strategy and Branding initiatives to build a clear, consistent brand identity.
  • Skills in Brand Development and Brand Management to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of brand activities.
  • Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal communication, for internal collaboration and external messaging.
  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred.
  • Basic familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, basic design or presentation software) is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and accept feedback to grow in a brand and marketing-focused career path.
  • Good knowledge and experience in Managing Social Media, Capcut/Canva and other relevant tools.
