Position Overview This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing & Branding Manager, based in Petaling Jaya with some flexibility for remote work. The Marketing & Branding Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing branding strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
We are seeking a creative and results-oriented professional with 35 years of experience to lead our marketing and branding efforts. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, covering the full spectrum of marketing activitiesfrom digital campaigns and brand positioning to content creation, video production, and leveraging AI-powered tools to scale impact.
Key responsibilities include developing marketing materials, managing digital marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance brand presence. You will play a key role in building Fish Camp Learnings brand visibility, strengthening thought leadership positioning, and generating leads to fuel our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans to support business objectives and growth targets.
- Drive digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, paid ads, content marketing).
- Create engaging content (articles, visuals, videos, infographics, newsletters) aligned with brand messaging.
- Manage company website, ensuring updated, optimized, and impactful user experience.
2. Branding & Positioning
- Strengthen FCLs corporate brand identity and thought leadership positioning in Malaysia and ASEAN.
- Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all marketing and communication materials.
- Design and manage campaigns to highlight FCLs awards, achievements, and client impact stories.
3. Creative Content & Design
- Design marketing collaterals (brochures, proposals, social media graphics, pitch decks, event materials).
- Produce and edit promotional videos, client testimonials, and program highlights.
- Leverage AI and creative tools to optimize content creation and enhance efficiency.
4. Market Engagement & Partnerships
- Manage FCLs social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
- Build engagement with SME associations, universities, and industry partners to expand visibility.
- Support marketing events, conferences, and client showcases.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
- Provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve ROI and marketing effectiveness.
Requirements- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 35 years of proven experience in marketing and branding, preferably in B2B/professional services.
- Strong skills in digital marketing, copywriting, and content creation.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing tools.
- Experience with AI tools for content creation, analytics, and campaign optimization.
- Good understanding of brand management and positioning strategies.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English; Bahasa Malaysia a plus).
- Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
