Role Summary
We are looking for a high-energy, data-driven Assistant Manager, Marketing & Campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement for KAF Digital Bank. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. Your mission is to turn our value proposition into creative, high-converting campaigns that resonate with digital-first consumers and SMEs in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor 360-degree marketing campaigns (App, Web, Social, and Performance Media) to drive key metrics like app downloads, account openings, and financing applications, etc
Design both manual and automated marketing journeys (CRM, Push Notifications, Email) to onboard new users and re-engage dormant ones.
Conduct A/B testing on campaign mechanics, messaging, and landing pages. Use analytics to optimize ROI and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
Track and manage the campaign budget efficiently, ensuring all spend is maximized for the highest possible business impact.
Work cross-functionally with the Product, Tech, and Customer Experience teams to ensure a seamless journey
Supporting go-to-market (GTM) planning for product launches and feature updates
Requirements
35 years of experience in Marketing, Campaign Management, or Digital Performanceideally within a Fintech, E-commerce, or Digital Bank environment.
Proven track record of managing complex, fast-moving campaigns from ideation to post-mortem analysis.
Comfortable with spreadsheets and data visualizations; you can explain the story behind the numbers to senior management.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. You have a copywriter's eye for impactful messaging.
A minimum of Bachelor's Degree is required
