  • The Role

    We're seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager who will be a true partner in our journey. Someone with skin in the game who thrives on campaign effectiveness and assumes full accountability for marketing spend. The ideal candidate will embrace a startup culture, be self-driven, and a great team player who is able to collaborate across departments..

    As a Campaign Manager, you own the content marketing process, from planning, budgeting, and strategy to editing, publication, and promotion. You will collaborate with the marketing team as well as other departments to craft compelling copy, design and production that helps connect our brand with our target audience. Your role is pivotal, from conceptualizing to executing impactful multi-platform campaigns while pioneering new content and materials for engagement.

    Job Description

    • Collaborate with the Marketing team to understand different target audiences and design the most impactful campaigns for reach and engagement.
    • Take ownership of marketing campaign budgets, expertly allocating resources and optimizing channel mix to meet growth targets while maintaining a long-term perspective and leveraging resources judiciously.
    • Stay on top of trends and quality benchmarks in marketing materials and channels, so as to customize competitive visuals and messaging and ensure strong marketing performance.
    • Drive post-campaign review and ROI analysis summaries for senior management, working closely with Performance Marketing and Community teams to evaluate critical metrics such as engagement rates, sentiment, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV) and spearheading robust optimization and A/B testing initiatives.
    • Assist with all communications needs including basic copywriting, product write-ups, social captioning, and occasional pitching to media and/or KOL.
    • Partner closely with internal product, engineering, and merchandising teams to develop competitive campaigns and consistently review how best to leverage performance media and emerging marketing technologies.

    Prerequisites

    • Minimum five years of relevant experience, with at least five years in scaling B2C or eCommerce platforms, demonstrating the ability to drive significant engagement and growth among customers.
    • Multitasking Mastery: Proven ability to manage multiple campaign executions simultaneously, ensuring meticulous planning, flawless execution, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
    • Pop Culture Proficiency: Strong interest and good exposure to entertainment, anime, fashion and other global/regional pop culture verticals.
    • Anime Passion (Mandatory): If you are a self-professed otaku, we want you!
