The ShopeePay Marketing Associate will support end-to-end product marketing initiatives across ShopeePay products, including payments, financial services, and insurance offerings. This role requires strong product understanding, customer-centric thinking, data-driven decision making, and close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver effective go-to-market execution
Job Description
- Own and support end-to-end marketing execution for assigned ShopeePay products, including BAU initiatives and new product launches
- Develop a deep understanding of product features, customer segments, and user journeys to craft effective marketing approaches
- Conceptualize marketing ideas and contribute to copywriting for campaigns, or work with tools and partners to refine messaging
- Brief, review, and optimize creative assets, ensuring clarity of message, brand alignment, and strong customer appeal
- Plan, execute, and manage go-to-market campaigns across relevant marketing channels
- Manage marketing asset briefing, booking setup, creation, and deployment across platforms
- Collaborate with product, analytics, compliance, operations, design, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant execution
- Track and analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and funnel metrics to drive optimization
- Support digital marketing execution, including exposure to performance marketing, CRM, in-app placements, or lifecycle campaigns
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with internal governance and regulatory requirements
- Manage multiple workstreams and timelines in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or campaign management, preferably within a fast paced industry.
- Strong product sense with the ability to understand complex products and translate them into clear, customer-friendly messaging
- Good copywriting skills or strong judgment in messaging, with the ability to conceptualize ideas and leverage tools to support content creation
- Creative sensibility with the ability to evaluate and guide visual and messaging directions
- Data-driven mindset with comfort in working with numbers, funnels, and performance metrics
- Basic understanding of digital marketing fundamentals such as paid media, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or app-based placements
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally
- Strong ownership, positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn new product domains
