About the Role

Join our Promotions team as an Marketing Campaigns Team Lead to own the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing promotionsfrom initial planning and execution to tracking, optimization, and insightful post-mortems. This role requires a strategic marketer who can run opt-in application flows , partner closely with cross-functional teams, and support internal stakeholders to ensure every promotion launches smoothly and delivers measurable impact.

You will be responsible for leading digital campaigns for priority overseas markets, designing integrated strategies that span acquisition, activation, and retention to drive growth for our trading products.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end Campaign Management: Lead the full lifecycle of digital campaigns for priority overseas markets, including cold-start and conversion-focused initiatives.
  • Full-Funnel Strategy: Design integrated, multi-channel campaigns (App, Web, CRM, Social) that drive acquisition, activation, and funded-account conversion.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Product, Compliance, Tech, and Regional teams to ensure all promotional roll-outs are timely and compliant.
  • Promotion Mechanics & Budgeting: Own the implementation of tailored incentives, including bonuses, credits, cashback, and referrals for CFD clients.
  • Performance Tracking: Anchor all initiatives to core KPIs, specifically First-Time Deposits (FTD), Funded Accounts, and Notional Volume.
  • Optimization & Analysis: Analyze user behavior and trading patterns to segment audiences, tailor messaging, and apply A/B testing for improved ROI.
  • Fraud Prevention: Design and enforce anti-gaming measures to detect bonus abuse or wash trading, coordinating rapid mitigation with Compliance and Tech.
  • Risk Frameworks: Establish and maintain monitoring controls to ensure promotional benefits are only accessed by legitimate, eligible users.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in user growth or campaign management, owning end-to-end execution from planning and QA to launch and post-mortems.
  • Strong understanding of CFD products, client segmentation (leads, traders, high-volume clients), and financial regulatory considerations across regions.
  • Fluency in English plus proficiency in an additional APAC language (e.g., Chinese, Malay) is highly advantageous for regional stakeholder collaboration.
  • Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills to drive projects across Product, Tech, and Compliance teams.
  • Solid project management abilities with the capacity to prioritise effectively and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solver who balances strategic thinking with the operational rigour needed to design risk and monitoring frameworks.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
  • Reliable team player with a growth mindset and a proactive approach to learning new tools and industry skills.
