Marketing & Communications Executive

Columbia Asia Malaysia is looking for Marketing & Communications Executive to join the Marketing team at the Management Office to play a key role in executing and implementing marketing strategies and communication efforts that drive brand awareness and public engagement. You will be involved in a wide-range of marketing and PR activities that include marketing & social media campaigns implementation, content generations and media engagements.

Responsibilities

Reporting and assisting Regional Marketing Manager/Marketing & Communications Senior Manager to collaborate with local team and regional team on marketing and PR initiatives.

Assist in creating and executing strategic marketing initiatives for the brand via creative content, partnerships, media and influencer relations.

Support marketing team to create and review content for media, social media, website and any other marketing touchpoints (e.g. general social captions, newsletters, blog posts, web copy, health articles and press releases) to in line with the brand's voice and identity.

Working alongside Digital Marketing team to respond to social media comments in a timely and accurate manner in alignment with brand voice to elevate brand identity and awareness.

Assist in marketing projects such as kids loyalty program and corporate social responsibility activities

Assist across general marketing projects (e.g. offline projects, marketing admin, website management, etc) as per team's key projects and responsibilities to achieve discussed goals and targets.

Requirements

Possess Degree in Marketing / Communications / Public Relations or any other related field

2 Year(s) & above of working experience in the Marketing & Communication is required for this position

Skill or knowledge of Microsoft Office

Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia

Be self-directed, proactive to take initiative, meticulous and attention to detail

Possess good teamwork and ability to work independently, flexible with a positive attitude

Able to manage multiple tasks with the ability to prioritize tasks
