Job Description

About SensorFlow

SensorFlow is a hospitality-first technology company helping hotels reduce energy waste, improve operations, and make better decisions with real data. We help hotels reduce HVAC energy costs by 20–40% while maintaining guest comfort. We work with leading hospitality groups, including Accor, The Ascott, Shangri-La, Hilton, Marriott, and Hyatt across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and beyond. We design everything specifically for hotels, recognising that no two properties operate the same. By combining automation with actionable data, we help teams move from guesswork to clear, confident decision-making.

At SensorFlow, we value ownership, clarity, and continuous improvement. We work collaboratively, challenge ideas directly, and stay focused on delivering real outcomes for our customers.

If you want to work on meaningful problems in hospitality and sustainability, and be part of a team building with purpose and speed, we would love to hear from you.

About The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Communications Executive to take ownership of marketing communications, content creation, and execution. This is a full-time, fully remote role for someone who can independently plan, write, and deliver high-quality content while keeping marketing initiatives moving.

You will work directly with the AVP of Growth and Customer Experience, supporting brand positioning and pipeline generation through consistent, structured, and well-executed marketing efforts.

What you will do

  • Content Writing & Marketing Communications

Own and write all core marketing content, including blogs, announcements, case studies, and website content

Translate internal inputs into clear, structured, and engaging narratives

Draft and refine marketing emails, newsletters, and campaign messaging

Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and positioning across all channels

Turn technical or operational information into content that is easy to understand and relevant for hotel decision-makers

  • Content Marketing & Campaign Execution

Plan and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing priorities

Repurpose content across formats such as blogs, social posts, decks, and email campaigns

Support and execute campaigns for product launches, features, and initiatives

Continuously identify content opportunities based on business needs and market positioning

  • SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)

Conduct keyword research relevant to hospitality and energy management

Optimise all written content for search visibility

Apply best practices for structure, headings, and metadata

Improve performance of existing content through updates and optimisation

  • GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation)

Structure content so it performs well on AI-driven platforms and search assistants

Write content that directly answers common industry questions and user intent

Optimise content for summaries, structured responses, and AI retrieval

Position SensorFlow as a reliable reference in hospitality technology queries

  • Visual & Creative Execution

Create and edit marketing visuals

Design clean, on-brand assets for blogs, social media, and campaigns

Prepare and update sales enablement materials

  • Coordination & Execution

Manage and track marketing tasks to ensure deadlines are met

Coordinate with external vendors such as designers, developers, or freelancers

Follow up on deliverables and ensure consistent progress across initiatives

Support overall marketing execution and operations

What we are looking for

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, content, or communications
  • Strong content writing ability
  • Ability to take ownership of content from idea to final output
  • Proficiency in graphic design
  • Familiarity with content marketing and digital workflows
  • Understanding of SEO and GEO
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
  • Familiar with LinkedIn and social media content creation
  • Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Based in, or able to work within Asia time zones

Nice to have

  • Experience in hospitality, SaaS, or B2B marketing
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Webflow or WordPress
  • Basic analytics experience (Google Analytics, LinkedIn insights)
