Job Description

As a Marketing Communication Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing B2B marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, demand creation, and pipeline growth across enterprise technology markets. Additionally, you will:

  • Create compelling thought leadership content, case studies, sales enablement materials, and digital campaigns targeting business decision-makers.
  • Plan and execute integrated lead generation and demand generation campaigns across digital, events, content marketing, and marketing automation platforms to generate qualified leads and support revenue growth.
  • Partner with sales, product, and business leaders to align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives, account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, and customer acquisition efforts.
  • Lead corporate communications, public relations, media engagement, and industry events to strengthen brand reputation and market positioning.
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, campaign performance, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and optimise marketing effectiveness.
  • Track, measure, and report on key marketing KPIs, including lead conversion, pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, and brand metrics, while providing leadership and mentorship to the marketing team.

The Successful Applicant

As a successful applicant, you should come with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
