We are currently looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to oversee brand communications, marketing strategy execution and dealer retail marketing activities for BMW Malaysia.
Your responsibilities include:
Marketing Communications
- Responsible for the development and steering of BMW brand strategies and brand communications across all marketing touchpoints including ATL, digital, social media, retail, events and partnerships.
- End‑to‑end marketing steering of BMW core product portfolios, ensuring delivery against agreed KPIs, budgets and timelines.
- Support and execute communications deliverables for new model launches and always‑on initiatives.
- Review and steer creative concepts, media strategies, influencer proposals and content outputs to ensure brand and business alignment.
- Ensure close collaboration with media and creative agencies as well as internal stakeholders locally and within BMW regional and central functions.
Retail Marketing
- Act as brand gatekeeper for the BMW Dealer Network, ensuring full compliance with brand CI and guidelines.
- Oversee and support dealer marketing activities, branding and campaign execution.
- Act as key contact representing BMW to steer dealer marketers.
- Lead dealer communications, retail enablement initiatives and tactical campaign rollouts in alignment with BMW direction.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Studies or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years experience in marketing strategy, marketing communications and/or project management.
- Experience managing creative, media or digital agencies.
- Strong understanding of automotive and/or luxury retail markets and dealer structures.
- Solid knowledge of integrated marketing communications, strategic planning and performance management.
- Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
- High level of independence, ownership and attention to detail, with the ability to deliver in a fast‑paced environment.
