Astek Malaysia is looking for Marketing Communications Specialist to support our client project based in Kuala Lumpur.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as Marketing Specialist
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
- Proficient in content management systems (Drupal, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Take responsibility for creating and managing commercial and operational communications campaigns that support strategic goals.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their objectives and communication needs.
- Ensure all communications are well written by carefully reviewing them.
- Build and send communications campaigns.
- Create post-mailing analytics and analyse key metrics such as bounce rate, click rate, and delivery rate to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Support the team with content creation and the management of digital marketing channels.
