We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to assist with the development and execution of our digital marketing strategy through high-quality, engaging content creation. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media trends, have a strong understanding of popular platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, and have a keen eye for visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation - Video: Produce engaging videos, shorts, and live-streaming content tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Stories.
- Content Creation - Posts: Design and create static and dynamic social media posts, including graphics, images, and captions for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Creative Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas, themes, and strategies that align with our brand and audience.
- Video Editing: Edit video content for all platforms, ensuring it is polished, on-brand, and optimized for each platform's specifications.
- Image Editing: Create visually compelling images and graphics for posts, stories, and promotional material using design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Community Engagement: Assist in responding to audience interactions and help grow engagement through creative campaigns and responses.
- Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, challenges, and features across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to incorporate into content strategy.
- Content Scheduling: Assist with the scheduling and publishing of content across platforms using social media management tools.
- Performance Analysis: Track and report on content performance (views, engagement, reach, etc.) and suggest improvements to optimize results.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Have Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Marketing Communications
- Working Arrangement: 3 days per week.
- Experience: Previous experience in creating content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
- Creativity: Strong creative skills with an ability to produce visually appealing and engaging content.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile editing tools like InShot), and photo editing software (e.g. Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop)
- Social Media Savvy: Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with a team while also being able to work independently
