As a Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in brand marketing, social media management, PR seeding, influencer collaborations, campaign execution, and AI-powered content creation. You will work closely with the marketing team to build brand awareness, engage consumers, and support business growth across multiple channels.
During your internship, you will expose to these areas:
Social Media Content Planning & Creation
- Assist in planning and developing monthly content calendars for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu.
- Research social media trends, viral content formats, and consumer insights to generate engaging content ideas.
- Create content briefs and coordinate with designers, creators, and agencies to ensure timely content production.
- Assist in copywriting for social media posts, captions, campaign messaging, and marketing materials.
- Monitor content performance and provide insights and recommendations for future optimization.
Influencer Marketing & PR Coordination
- Support monthly PR seeding activities from planning to execution, including product allocation, packing coordination, shipment tracking, and reporting.
- Assist in identifying, engaging, and managing influencers, KOLs, media partners, and content creators.
- Track influencer deliverables and monitor campaign performance.
- Compile PR and influencer campaign reports and key learnings.
Marketing Campaign Support
- Assist in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand activations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Support campaign reporting, post-campaign analysis, and presentation preparation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends.
AI-Powered Marketing & Content Innovation
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Midjourney, or similar platforms to support content ideation, copywriting, research, and creative development.
- Explore new AI technologies and marketing trends to improve content quality and team productivity.
- Support the development of innovative marketing ideas by combining consumer insights with AI-powered solutions.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain marketing asset libraries, campaign trackers, and documentation.
- Support budget tracking, purchase requisitions, and marketing inventory management.
- Assist with event logistics, sample management, and other operational tasks as required.
Special Projects
- Take ownership of ad-hoc marketing projects and strategic initiatives assigned by the team.
- Support cross-functional projects and new business opportunities when required.
We are looking for a passionate intern who has:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media Studies, Public Relations, Creative Multimedia, Communications, or related fields.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and consumer trends.
- Active user of TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, and other social media platforms.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer brands is highly preferred.
- Familiar with current social media trends, viral content formats, and digital storytelling.
- Comfortable using AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Midjourney, or similar tools.
- Strong communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

We are looking for a creative and passionate intern to join our Marketing team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Brand & Digital Marketing team to create engaging content, support social media campaigns, and contribute to growing Innisfree's presence across TikTok, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
You will play an important role, such as:
- Responsible for planning, creating, and editing engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and other social media platforms.
- Assist in brainstorming creative content ideas that align with current beauty, skincare, lifestyle, and social media trends while maintaining Innisfree's brand identity.
- Support the execution of social media campaigns, product launches, promotional activities, and brand initiatives.
- Monitor trending topics, viral content, platform updates, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content creation and audience engagement.
- Assist in coordinating content shoots, including product styling, filming, and behind-the-scenes content production.
- Work closely with influencers, KOLs, content creators, and agency partners to support campaign execution and content delivery.
- Support the development of social media content calendars and ensure timely content publishing.
- Assist in writing engaging captions, social copy, and call-to-action messaging for social media posts.
- Monitor social media engagement and community interactions, and provide support in responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries when required.
- Track and report content performance metrics including views, reach, engagement, follower growth, and campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in preparing competitor market reports, social media trend analysis, and monthly performance reports.
- Provide operational assistance and support to the Marketing team whenever necessary.
