Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced
Marketing Content Strategist with a strong background in the
i-Gaming industry. This role focuses on planning and executing content-driven marketing strategies that support user acquisition, engagement, and conversion across multiple markets, and it
supports licensed digital entertainment and gaming platforms in compliance with applicable regulations.You will work closely with design and marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns backed by data and performance analysis.
Responsibilities1. Content Planning & Execution
- Develop overall content direction and structured content plans
- Create engaging content that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions
- Adapt messaging angles for different user segments and regional markets
- Collaborate with designers to produce creative assets (videos, posters, visuals)
2. Campaign Strategy & Management
- Plan campaign themes, mechanics, and promotional content
- Prepare campaign timelines, briefs, and communication flows
- Monitor campaign performance, including traffic and conversion results
3. Advertising & Data Analysis
- Analyze and optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics:
- CTR (Click-Through Rate)
- CPC (Cost Per Click)
- CPM (Cost Per Mille)
- Conversion Rate
- Cost Per Lead / Cost Per Conversion
- Use data insights to refine content strategy and campaign direction
Requirements- Minimum 2 years of experience in content marketing or digital marketing within the i-Gaming industry
- Strong writing skills in English and Chinese
- Solid analytical mindset with the ability to interpret advertising data
- Clear understanding of funnel flow and user decision-making behavior
- Ability to independently plan content strategy and campaign logic
- Highly responsible, execution-focused, and able to work efficiently under timelines
