Marketing Coordinator(digital ad campaigns management)

About the Role

We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our Ad Sales team. This is an entry-level role ideal for fresh graduates who are excited to start a career in media, advertising, or digital marketing. You'll play a key support role in helping the team deliver impactful ad campaigns for brands across our platform.

What You'll Do

Support the sales team in coordinating digital ad campaigns from start to finish.

Help prepare pitch decks, campaign recaps, and performance reports.

Work closely with internal teams (Ad Ops, Creative, Finance) to keep campaigns running smoothly.

Organize campaign timelines, client materials, and asset submissions.

Maintain up-to-date records of campaign progress, pipeline, and documentation.

Attend team meetings, brainstorms, and client briefings with the opportunity to contribute ideas.

Who You Are

A recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once.

A great communicator who works well with different teams and is client-focused.

Eager to learn, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions or take initiative.

Comfortable with PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Sheets bonus if you enjoy putting together presentations or working with data!
