Key Responsibilities
Marketing Collateral Creation
- Design and manage brochures, catalogs, flyers, and presentation materials.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all materials.
- Coordinate with designers, printers, and vendors for production.
Content & Branding Management
- Update and maintain branding guidelines for all marketing materials.
- Work with sales and product teams to create compelling content.
- Edit and proofread marketing materials for accuracy and clarity.
Digital & Print Coordination
- Assist in website and social media content related to marketing materials.
- Develop email templates, case studies, and product sheets.
- Support marketing efforts for trade shows and events (banners, posters, etc.).
Project Management & Reporting
- Track inventory of printed materials and coordinate reprints when needed.
- Maintain a marketing asset library (templates, photos, logos, etc.).
- Monitor effectiveness of marketing collaterals and suggest improvements.
Product Market Research
- Study construction building materials when needed
- Understand product market and produce marketing collaterals based on research
- Site visits for marketing efforts
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Optional).
Experience in marketing, branding, or design coordination.
Good to have proficiency in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar - Optional).
Strong attention to detail, organization, and creativity.
Experience in the construction or building materials industry (Optional).
