Creative direction and standards
- Define what good looks like across visuals, video, and copy, translating this into clear principles, tone of voice, and storytelling guidelines.
- Review and approve day-to-day output so assets are ad-ready and aligned with platform requirements and brand standards.
- Maintain a single source of truth for brand and creative guidelines.
System and process development
- Build a scalable operating system for creative production with templates, workflows, service levels, and quality checks suited to high velocity.
- Implement a tiered approach that prioritizes bespoke campaign work while enabling fast, plug-and-play delivery for always-on needs.
- Streamline approvals so routine work is handled within the function and only major campaigns require senior escalation.
Team leadership and capability building
- Coach designers, video editors, and copywriters to strengthen craft, judgment, and speed without compromising quality.
- Run structured critiques, learning sessions, and working rituals that raise the bar and keep momentum.
- Foster a collaborative culture that values shared ownership, clear feedback, and reliable delivery.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Partner with the marketing team to align creative with objectives, metrics, and deadlines.
- Convert campaign briefs into actionable creative plans with realistic timelines and clear checkpoints.

Requirements:
- 78 years in agency and or brand environments, leading or serving as a core team member on integrated work across visual design, video, and copy.
- A strong, current portfolio that demonstrates cross-media creative direction and recent digital work an agency background is required, and experience with award-winning teams or agencies is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools will be an advantage..
- Experience working in companies or agencies that operate with strong brand systems, templates, processes, and review frameworks for high-volume, multi-channel production, and the ability to explain these practices clearly and transfer them to the team.
- Excellent copy leadership and tone development, with the ability to guide clarity, persuasion, brevity, and on-brand expression across banners, CRM or push, social, and video scripts.
- Solid understanding of digital platforms and paid media requirements for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and CRM, including creative specifications and best practices.
- Experience coaching if not collaborating closely with multidisciplinary creatives and marketing, product, and performance teams to align creative with objectives and timelines.
- Strong communication skills are essential. Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus, though not required.
- An operating style suited to fast-paced environments with shifting priorities structured, decisive, and hands-on, able to show direction as well as articulate it.
