A Day In The Life

As the Marketing Director, SEA at Monster Energy, you'll spearhead the charge in unleashing our electrifying brand essence across your region. Your mission Craft and execute killer marketing strategies that sync perfectly with our global brand standards. You'll be the maestro orchestrating all marketing programs, epic events, and cutting-edge digital campaigns to supercharge brand awareness, ignite consumer engagement, and rev up sales targetsall while mastering the art of budget wizardry.

The Impact You'll Make

  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategy: Define and implement marketing plans aligned with global brand standards to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales growth.
  • Plan and manage marketing programs and events: Oversee the execution of consumer and trade promotions, sponsorships, and event activations to maximize ROI and strengthen brand presence.
  • Lead digital and social media initiatives: Grow regional social media channels and leverage digital platforms to amplify marketing campaigns and engage target audiences.
  • Manage branding and compliance: Ensure all branding and logo usage adhere to global guidelines and maintain consistency across all activations and touchpoints.
  • Control marketing budgets and reporting: Maintain accountability for marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution and accurate reporting against annual plans.
  • Activate global and regional brand properties: Integrate global brand platforms (Music, Action Sports, Gaming) into local initiatives to enhance relevance and consumer connection.
  • Build and maintain key relationships: Develop strong partnerships with partners, external, and internal stakeholders to support marketing objectives and cultural relevance.

Who You Are

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Marketing or related field of study.
  • Additional Experience Desired: More than 7 years of experience in marketing, planning, execution, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
  • Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in leadership role.
  • Computer Skills Desired: Advanced Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software. Digital Marketing Platforms: Proficiency in platforms like Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Analytics, and HubSpot for content creation, campaign tracking preferred.
  • Preferred Certifications: Sales & Marketing Executives International (SMEI) certificate desired.
  • Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Prior experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or beverage industry. Familiarity with action sports, music, gaming, and lifestyle marketing.
