Overview
We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing + E‑commerce Executive / Senior Executive to drive the growth of our coffee brand. This role blends hands-on content creation, social media marketing, e-commerce management, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for creating quality visual and written content, managing online stores and marketplaces, and executing campaigns that boost brand visibility and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Produce engaging content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Including:
- Static posts, product photos, stories, reels, and simple animations.
- Video editing and motion graphics for product promotion.
- Write captions, product descriptions, and promotional copy.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, visual identity, and campaign objectives.
Marketing & E-commerce Management
- Kickstart online store platforms (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada)
- Manage online store platforms (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada) including:
- Product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory updates.
- Manage Google ads & basic SEO.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid and organic content.
- Monitor campaign performance and e-commerce metrics; suggest improvements to increase engagement and sales.
- Respond to customer queries or coordinate with operations for fulfilment and after-sales.
Analysis & Reporting
- Track performance metrics for social media, e-commerce sales, and promotions.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaigns and product positioning.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management.
Collaboration & Support
- Coordinate with operations, production, and supply teams to ensure content and promotions are accurate and timely.
- Assist in organizing events, product launches, or workshops when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 1–3 years experience in marketing, content creation, or e-commerce (Senior: 3–5 years).
- Hands-on experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software).
- Understanding of social media trends, digital marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong communication skills in English. Fluent in Bahasa Melayu. Mandarin is a plus.
- Proactive, able to work independently, and manage multiple campaigns.
Deliverables / Expectations
- 6–8 social media posts per month
- Timely updates of online store and marketplace listings.
- Monthly performance report including engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.
- Consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: RM 3,500 - RM 4,000 (+ Comms)
