About the Role

The Marketing & Event Creative Specialist is responsible for transforming ideas, sales propositions, and marketing concepts into high‑impact presentation decks and promotional materials for internal use and for agent engagement. This role also leads end‑to‑end planning of client-facing ecosystem and events, ensuring creative conceptualization, seamless execution, strong vendor partnerships, and high-quality customer experience. The position supports the company's marketing, branding, and customer delight initiatives by producing visually compelling materials and delivering well-organized, memorable events.

1. Creative Design & Content Development

  • Develop visually compelling presentation decks for internal stakeholders and agents by translating complex ideas into clear, engaging, and aesthetically appealing visual stories.

  • Design high-quality marketing materials such as flyers, posters, brochures, digital banners, and event collaterals using appropriate colors, patterns, themes, and imagery to enhance brand perception.

  • Apply consistent branding elements across all materials to ensure alignment with corporate guidelines and to strengthen brand identity.

  • Enhance presentation and marketing materials with strong layout, structure, and visual hierarchy to support effective communication and improved audience engagement.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, ensuring design effectively supports marketing and business objectives.

2. Event Planning & Management

  • Conceptualize creative and suitable event ideas that align with target audience needs, business goals, and brand attributes.

  • Plan and manage end-to-end event execution including event flow, logistics, budgeting, vendor sourcing, and post-event evaluation to ensure smooth and impactful delivery.

  • Liaise with event organizers, venue providers, speakers, vendors, and other key partners to secure high-quality services and deliver exceptional event experiences.

  • Evaluate and select event venues based on suitability, accessibility, budget, and event objectives to maximize participant comfort and engagement.

  • Control event budgets by negotiating with vendors, optimizing resources, and ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising participant experience.

  • Oversee event setup and ambiance, ensuring all creative and visual elements contribute to a delightful customer journey.

3. Vendor & Partner Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, merchants, vendors, and service providers to establish a robust ecosystem of high-quality partners.

  • Identify and onboard potential partners that can elevate client events, marketing campaigns, and customer experience enhancements.

  • Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely delivery, service quality, and alignment with event and marketing objectives.

4. Marketing & Customer Experience Support

  • Curate creative customer gifts, event merchandise, and promotional items that reflect brand quality and enhance customer delight.

  • Support customer journey initiatives by integrating thoughtful, memorable, and visually appealing touchpoints across client-facing ecosystem, events and marketing campaigns.

  • Propose innovative, trend-relevant ideas to continuously improve marketing materials, ecosystem, event engagement, and branding presence.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Education - Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Creative Studies, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Event Management, or related fields.
  • Experience - Preferably with minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience.
  • Special skills - Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken), proficient in Microsoft Office applications and presentation design (PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe and etc), visual storytelling, event organizing, good presentation skill, possess good problem solving skills and attention to details.
