The Marketing Intern (Event) will play a key role in supporting the marketing team with event planning, coordination, and execution. This hands-on internship opportunity is ideal for someone eager to gain practical experience in event management within a fast-paced and exciting industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of various marketing events, including seminars, product launches, trade shows, and community outreach programs
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, equipment rental, and transportation arrangements
- Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote events, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and print materials
- Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, customer engagement, and troubleshooting
- Assist in evaluating the success of events through attendee feedback, post-event surveys, and analysis of key performance metrics
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry, file organization, and inventory management
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or experience is a plus
- Willingness to travel to different locations and move around during events
