Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Holistic understanding of all the events happening in their assigned market
  • Engage with stake holder to capture requirements
  • Tool Setup & execution of the event management related activities like Nominations, Registrations, confirmation, scheduling etc), troubleshooting & escalating as required
  • Provide regular updates on the event progress and status reports
  • Crafts / edits website, email and registration form copy in language, QA event website and emails from language perspective once setup by Tools Setup team
  • Obtains local Client sign off on tool setup
  • Handles guest management for events in partnership with local event organizing team
  • Deploys event comms email campaigns
  • Ensure audience swaps / manual registrations are updated in the system
  • Implementation of site waitlist / closure if event registration is at capacity
  • Strong project management including planning ( 2+ years of Experience)
  • Strong client service (1-2 years of SEA client facing exp.)
  • Excellent attention to detail and Executer
  • Ability to operate in English
  • Excellent local language skills (English): reading, writing, speaking
  • Strong documentation & data management abilities (spreadsheet proficiency)
