Key Responsibilities
Holistic understanding of all the events happening in their assigned market
Engage with stake holder to capture requirements
Tool Setup & execution of the event management related activities like Nominations, Registrations, confirmation, scheduling etc), troubleshooting & escalating as required
Provide regular updates on the event progress and status reports
Crafts / edits website, email and registration form copy in language, QA event website and emails from language perspective once setup by Tools Setup team
Obtains local Client sign off on tool setup
Handles guest management for events in partnership with local event organizing team
Deploys event comms email campaigns
Ensure audience swaps / manual registrations are updated in the system
Implementation of site waitlist / closure if event registration is at capacity
Strong project management including planning ( 2+ years of Experience)
Strong client service (1-2 years of SEA client facing exp.)
Excellent attention to detail and Executer
Ability to operate in English
Excellent local language skills (English): reading, writing, speaking
Strong documentation & data management abilities (spreadsheet proficiency)
