About Pickle Park & CIRCADIAN

Circadian and Pickle Park are fast-growing lifestyle and wellness brands focused on building experiences and communities around sport, wellness, fitness, events, and social connection.

The Pickle Park brand remains as a lifestyle pickleball venue partnering with great F&B offerings, currently based in PJ with plans to expand beyond the Klang Valley.

CIRCADIAN is a new multi-component lifestyle and wellness rooftop venue comprising of different elements such as: pickleball, padel, wellness, recovery, strength-training and HYROX, F&B, retail, music, and lifestyle programming. This venue is set to open in TTDI in September 2026. The goal is to build a community-driven ecosystem designed to become KL's premier (and largest) rooftop wellness and lifestyle destination.

As we grow from a single venue into a multi-venue lifestyle and wellness brand, we are looking for a Marketing, Events & Partnerships Manager to help lead the next stage of growth.

Role Overview

This is not a traditional marketing role. This is a highly dynamic role that sits across brand, marketing, partnerships, events, community, and commercial growth.

The ideal candidate is someone who can think strategically while also being comfortable executing on-ground activations and building relationships with brands, creators, and communities.

You will work closely with the founders to help grow the brand ecosystem, drive partnerships, increase engagement, and create experiences that strengthen community and brand relevance.

Key Responsibilities

Brand, Marketing & Community Growth

·      Plan and execute marketing campaigns that increase awareness, engagement, bookings, and venue traffic.

·      Oversee social media direction, content planning, and brand consistency across all platforms.

·      Collaborate with designers, creators, freelancers, and agencies to produce high-quality campaigns and content.

·      Track campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.

·      Build initiatives that strengthen customer loyalty, engagement, and long-term community growth.

Events & Community

·      Assist in planning, organizing, and executing tournaments, mixers, wellness activations, launches, collaborations, and recurring community events alongside internal teams, tournament organizers, and brand partners.

·      Support the development of quarterly and annual event calendars.

·      Coordinate with partners, vendors, and collaborators to ensure smooth execution of activations and campaigns.

·      Be actively involved on-ground during key events and activations.

·      Help create a vibrant, energetic, and community-driven venue experience.

Partnerships & Sponsorships

·      Identify, pitch, and secure strategic brand collaborations and sponsorships.

·      Build long-term relationships with corporate partners, lifestyle brands, wellness brands, and consumer-facing companies.

·      Support venue collaborations, corporate event partnerships, and strategic community partnerships.

·      Create sponsorship proposals, decks, and activation concepts.

·      Coordinate and manage execution of collaborative campaigns and events.

·      Assist in tracking sponsorship deliverables, partnership ROI, and campaign performance.

Commercial & Strategic Growth

·      Support venue growth through commercially impactful campaigns, events, and partnerships.

·      Track key metrics across engagement, traffic, sponsorship revenue, bookings, and campaign ROI.

·      Work closely with leadership to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.

·      Contribute ideas that strengthen brand positioning, venue relevance, and customer experience.

Team Development

·      Help build and shape the future marketing and partnerships department.

·      Manage future executives, freelancers, vendors, and creative partners as the team expands.

·      Work collaboratively across operations, community, and leadership teams.

Ideal Qualifications

·      3–5+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, events, community, or brand growth roles.

·      Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills.

·      Experience in fast-paced consumer-facing industries is preferred.

·      Commercially aware while still creatively driven.

·      Comfortable balancing strategy and execution.

·      Passion for lifestyle, wellness, sports, and community-driven brands is a strong advantage.

·      Flexible availability to work weekends as needed, particularly during events and activations.

KPI Examples

·      Organize and support recurring events and activations across venues.

·      Secure consistent brand collaborations and sponsorship partnerships.

·      Grow social media engagement, reach, and community participation.

·      Increase awareness and participation across venue offerings and experiences.

·      Support revenue growth through campaigns, partnerships, sponsorships, and events.
