Role Overview
We are hiring a digital-savvy Marketing Executive (3-5 years experience) to drive B2B demand generation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Finance & Operations. This role combines traditional B2B marketing with AI-assisted workflows to scale our content, SEO, and social media presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Demand Gen & Campaigns: Plan and execute digital campaigns, webinars, live events, email marketing, and partner co-marketing initiatives.
- Pipeline & Sales Support: Work closely with sales/management to support pipeline growth, lead nurturing, and sales enablement.
- Partner Collaboration: Partner with Microsoft and ISVs (e.g. insightsoftware, Jedox) on joint go-to-market activities and events.
- AI Content Production: Use generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to scale brand-compliant copy for products, vertical solutions, and social media.
- AI-Driven SEO & Social Media: Manage digital channels, improve search visibility using AI-powered SEO tools, and track performance via Google Analytics 4.
- Data Privacy: Ensure all AI marketing workflows strictly comply with Singapore's PDPA regulations.
Job Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in B2B marketing, preferably within IT consulting, SaaS, or ERP sectors.
- AI & Digital Skills: Practical experience using generative AI for content creation and a solid understanding of SEO and digital analytics.
- Domain Knowledge: Prior exposure to Microsoft Dynamics or ERP solutions is a strong advantage.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex, technical solutions into customer-focused messaging.
- Travel: Willing and available for occasionaloverseas travel.
