Job Description

The Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and overall growth for the business vertical, Borong Marketplace. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns curated for our target audience and to differentiate our brand in the B2B marketplace sector.

Mandarin proficiency is a must to effectively engage with key stakeholders and target market segments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products, target market segments, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies.
  • Create product messaging, value propositions, and sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, white papers, etc.
  • Lead the development of marketing content and collateral for digital and offline channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and sales presentations, according to business needs.
  • Set up and conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer insights, product innovation, and differentiation opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize strategies for maximum returns.

Qualifications

  • Mandarin speaker (Top Priority)
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related business field.
  • Proven experience 2-3 years in marketing roles, preferably within the online marketplace business sector.
  • Good understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and strategies focusing on demand generation and user lifecycle strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling product messaging and content for different audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze metrics and draw actionable insights, experience in Google Analytics or relevant analytic tools would be a plus.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and upward management is preferred.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and collaborate as a team.
