Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and assets
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise for better results
- Work with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with brand goals
- Social Media Management
- Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and engagement
- Develop content calendars and social strategies
- Track growth, insights, and social analytics
- Identify trends, create relevant content, and respond in real time
- Copywriting
- Write compelling captions, ads, and marketing copy
- Develop messaging that's clear, persuasive, and on-brand
- Assist with email copy, landing pages, and campaign headlines
- Ensure tone of voice stays consistent across all platforms
- Canva Design
- Create social media graphics, ads, and campaign visuals
- Develop layouts and templates for marketing use
- Produce polished, professional assets quickly and efficiently
- Maintain brand consistency across all design work
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications and related field.
- Hands-on marketer with experience in campaigns & social media.
- Good communication skills in English, Mandarin is a plus.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills.
- Proficient in Canva and basic visual design principles.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Organised, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, content-heavy environment.
