Role Purpose
The Marketing Executive supports the execution of brand and marketing activities across both trade and consumer channels. The role is responsible for assisting in the planning and delivery of in-store activations, events, PR initiatives, and marketing communications to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and retail sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Operations Support
- Support the Marketing Manager and Brand Manager in planning and executing brand activities, including in-store promotions, product launches, brand activations, and consumer events to drive brand awareness and retail sales.
- Assist in end-to-end event execution, including venue sourcing, F&B coordination, event materials, setup, guest engagement, and stakeholder briefings to ensure successful event delivery.
- Coordinate with contractors, agencies, and external partners, including obtaining quotations, briefing on brand requirements, and following up to ensure timely and accurate execution of deliverables.
2. Communications, PR & Customer Engagement
- Support the planning and execution of marketing and trade communications across digital and print platforms.
- Assist with PR activities and events, including media liaison, invitation management, RSVP coordination, and on-site event support.
- Conduct market and competitor research and compile relevant insights to support marketing initiatives and business decisions.
- Provide ad-hoc marketing support and project assistance as required by the team.
3. Administrative & Reporting Support
- Assist in monthly reporting, campaign tracking, and marketing performance updates.
- Support administrative tasks, including invoice processing, sample and product inventory management.
- Assist with visual merchandising activities, including retail updates, visual changes, and display enhancements to ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience within lifestyle electronics, premium consumer brands, retail, luxury, or lifestyle industries.
- Experience in marketing, public relations, or event coordination would be an advantage.
- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Resourceful, proactive, and demonstrates a positive can-do attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
