  • Develop, coordinate, and implement local marketing plans in line with the yearly budget and global business growth strategies.
  • Manage and maintain monthly content calendars across corporate social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create engaging content including copywriting, graphics, short-form videos, and digital campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Serve as an on-camera presenter or host for corporate videos, social media content, webinars, and marketing events when required.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activities including seminars, webinars, conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns including email marketing, paid advertising, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Develop and manage marketing collateral including website content, brochures, flyers, presentation slides, posters, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports and analyze campaign performance to recommend improvements.
  • Research market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to support marketing strategies.
  • Support day-to-day marketing operations and provide backup for other marketing functions and ad hoc projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or content creation is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to present, host, and appear on camera for corporate videos, social media content, and events.
  • Comfortable interacting with internal stakeholders, customers, and external audiences during marketing activities.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (CRM, SEO, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or video editing software) is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and good working proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Willing to travel when required.
