Role Description
We are seeking a creative, proactive, and digitally savvy Marketing Executive Cum Graphic Designer to join our team. This role combines marketing execution, content creation, website management, and digital marketing, including hands-on involvement in design, photography, video production, WordPress website updates, and Google SEO/SEM support to strengthen our brand presence across multiple platforms.
What you'll be doing
Marketing & Content Creation
● Develop, design, and edit marketing materials including brochures, social media visuals, newsletters, and presentations.
● Plan and execute photo and video shoots for products, events, and digital campaigns.
● Scriptwriting, storyboarding, and content planning.
● Edit photos and videos using professional software for marketing use.
● Manage social media content by creating engaging, on-brand visuals and campaigns across online platforms (Facebook, Instagram, XHS, TikTok)
Website & Digital Marketing
● Update and maintain the company's WordPress website, including content uploads, image optimisation, booking system management and page edits and designs.
● Support SEO initiatives such as keyword implementation, content optimisation, and basic on-page SEO.
● Assist in Google SEM / Google Ads execution, including ad content preparation and performance tracking.
● Ensure website content remains updated, accurate, and aligned with marketing campaigns.
Campaigns, Coordination & Reporting
● Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
● Coordinate with teams to deliver creative assets.
● Monitor and analyse basic marketing performance metrics and provide improvement suggestions.
● Stay updated with design trends, digital marketing practices, and platform updates.
Other Duties
● Perform any other duties reasonably related to marketing, content creation, website management, or digital support as assigned by superior(s) from time to time.
Qualifications
● Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in marketing, content, or digital roles.
● Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Multimedia, or related fields.
● Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
● Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.
● Experience with video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is an added advantage.
● Working knowledge of WordPress (content updates, basic layout edits, image uploads, page optimisation).
● Basic understanding of Google SEO/SEM, including keywords, content optimisation, and Google Ads support.
● Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing principles.
● Strong creativity, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
● Able to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
● Knowledge of branding, content planning, and campaign execution.
