Job Description

Short Summary This Role :

Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our MY Integrated Marketing team. In this role, you will support end-to-end e-commerce campaign execution, including promotional setup, traffic tools coordination, campaign performance tracking, and project management to ensure smooth and successful campaign delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about e-commerce, digital marketing, and fast-paced campaign environments.

Job Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Coordination:

  • Support the execution of e-commerce campaigns across various platforms and channels
  • Organize and prepare campaign materials, promotional tools, and required resources
  • Ensure all creative assets and in-app resources are properly configured for smooth campaign launches
  • Maintain accurate campaign records and resource management

Stakeholder Management & Communication:

  • Coordinate closely with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders during campaign planning and execution
  • Provide timely updates on campaign progress and key deliverables
  • Assist in preparing campaign performance summaries and reports

Campaign Content Support:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaign messaging is aligned across in-app and out-of-app channels
  • Support campaign content coordination to maintain consistency and brand quality.

Market Research & Performance Analysis:

  • Conduct market research and analyze local shopping trends and consumer insights
  • Identify key campaign selling points, competitive offers, and exclusive deals
  • Support data analysis to improve future campaign performance and strategy

Post-Campaign Reporting:

  • Assist in preparing post-mortem reports and campaign analysis
  • Organize campaign data and document key learnings and recommendations for future improvements

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, performance marketing, or related fields
  • Experience working in fast-paced digital companies is an advantage
  • Experience in influencer marketing or livestream production is a plus
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficient in computer-based applications and reporting tools
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Eager to learn, grow, and contribute as part of a collaborative team
