Job Description

Key Roles :

  • Develop cross-channel (e.g., Email marketing, Push notifications, SMS, on site banners and anything else that can impact the customer value / retention growth) plans to achieve business targets and drive ongoing plans.
  • Collecting, segmenting, interpreting and use of data metrics and trends for automated campaigns and strategic planning to provide actionable insights and improvements to digital campaigns.
  • Performing daily activities relating to Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Marketing and Email Marketing on a continuous basis.
  • To experience and execute the right strategy on developing a proper digital keywords research & plan
  • Update products, specification, and pricelist at the online platform.
  • Develop the fundamental digital marketing campaign and analyse website traffic through Google Analytics, and generate basic yet insightful reports to gain more businesses online.

Qualification :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Commerce/Marketing/Business Administration or any discipline.
  • At least 1-3 years of working experience in e-Commerce.
  • Have knowledge and experience working with e-Commerce platforms, marketplaces such as Shopee and Lazada is highly preferred
  • Proactive, team player, dynamic, mature with positive attitude and willing to learn.
  • Able to multi-mask and work with dedication to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Excellent communication and follow up skill, good problem solving skills, multi-tasking, self-motivated with ability to work independently and result-oriented.
  • Possess own transport.
