Role Description
We are looking for a fun, motivated, and driven team player to join our marketing team in Malaysia. As a Full-Time Marketing Executive, you are the primary driver of the brand's communications and creative visual assets. Reporting to the Assistant Marketing Manager, you don't just execute campaigns – you craft engaging brand narratives and play a key role in increasing customer acquisition and e-commerce engagement.

Responsibilities include:
a/ Marketing
- Supporting the development and execution of the brand's communications and activities in all channels in Malaysia
- Writing product copy and captions in accordance with the brand voice
- Updating, maintaining and enhancing eCommerce website with relevant content to prepare for collection launches and deliver an excellent online shopping experience for our customers
- Supporting the planning, tracking and management of content calendars and creative assets
- Coordinating and tracking performance of brand's communications and initiatives, to compile into a weekly round-up
- Supporting local influencer partnerships, press, and customer relations
- Monitoring industry trends, and assisting in the execution of digital and offline initiatives to increase customer acquisition and engagement
- Assisting in local photoshoots and providing logistics and operational support as required
- Collaborating with other internal teams (e.g., product, sales, or customer service) to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives
b/ Digital Marketing
- Manage performance-driven campaigns to boost traffic, conversion and customer retention
- Track and analyse digital campaign data to optimise spend and achieve measurable growth
- Plan, prepare, and schedule newsletter campaigns strategically in line with product launches, brand stories, and promotional periods
- Track and report on email performance, proposing improvements where needed
c/ Social Media Growth and Content Support
- Manage social media posting
- Focus on expanding presence and engagement beyond Instagram, especially throughout Tik Tok, by developing growth plan, content strategies, and collaborating ideas tailored for platform trends
- Monitor social analytics to identify growth opportunities and content directions
- Work with the creative team to maintain a strong and consistent brand voice across all channels
e/PR and Brand Events
- Support brand and PR events, including store activation, brand collaborations, and seasonal campaigns
- Manage vendor coordination and event logistics
- Strengthen relationships with media partners to enhance brand reputation and exposure
- Reporting to Superiors, Directors and assisting with any other matters required
Skills & Requirement:
- Education: Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Communications, Business Marketing, or any other related fields.
- Experience: Min. 3 years working experience in Marketing, Communications, or Brand Development.
- Analytics: Familiarity with social media and web analytics.
- Market Insight: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Malaysian market, consumer behavior, and cultural trends to tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
- Software/Tech: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Design Sense: Keen sense of graphic design with well-developed aesthetic judgment.
- Project Management: Skills to manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Soft Skills: Keen eye for detail; collaborative personality with initiative and creativity.
