Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Planning

  • Support the development and execution of marketing plans in Malaysia
  • Identify target markets and customer segments
  • Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities

Events & Exhibitions

  • Organize participation in industry exhibitions and trade shows
  • Coordinate booth setup, promotional materials, and marketing communications
  • Ensure proper follow-up of leads generated from events

Campaign Management

  • Execute online and offline marketing campaigns
  • Manage company LinkedIn presence and digital content
  • Coordinate email marketing and lead nurturing activities
  • Track campaign performance and marketing ROI

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Prepare market insights to support business strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 35 years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience in industrial, construction, or machinery industries is an advantage
  • Experience organizing exhibitions or events is preferred
  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Mandarin is a plus
  • Familiar with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently
