Overview
One of GrowthOps clients is looking for a commercially minded and strategically driven Marketing Executive / Manager to support a
5-month marketing transformation engagement across their business.
This role will help modernise how the business goes to market, improve integrated planning, and strengthen campaign effectiveness across multiple customer touchpoints. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and business teams to drive alignment, operational efficiency, and stronger integrated marketing execution.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in complexity, enjoys solving problems, and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on coordination and execution. The role follows a hybrid working model, with a mix of work-from-home and on-site days at the client's office. The client name will be disclosed to shortlisted candidates.
Responsibilities
- Support integrated marketing transformation initiatives across brand, retail, digital, social, loyalty, and partnership channels
- Coordinate campaign timelines, approvals, and collaboration across internal and agency teams
- Work closely with creative, media, social, and production agencies to ensure smooth delivery
- Assist in developing integrated campaign approaches and improving customer journey consistency
- Monitor campaign and project performance, identifying optimisation opportunities
- Support workshops, planning sessions, presentations, and transformation workstreams
- Contribute to strategic documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications
- Stay connected to trends in marketing operations, digital engagement, and consumer behaviour
Requirements & Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing, integrated campaign management, or strategic project coordination
- Experience in FMCG, retail, mobility, telco, QSR, or other consumer-facing industries is an advantage
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-moving environments
- Commercially aware with strong communication and presentation abilities
- Experience working with agencies and integrated campaign teams
- A proactive, collaborative problem-solver who enjoys making systems and teams work better together
