This role focuses on driving retail business growth through strategic partnerships, customer engagement initiatives, CRM activities, and outlet campaigns. The position is responsible for supporting customer acquisition, loyalty programmes, marketing activations, and performance analysis to improve customer retention, increase outlet traffic, and strengthen overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Partnership Development & Management
- Identify and manage potential business partners that can drive customer traffic to outlet and revenue growth.
- Coordinate joint marketing campaigns and partnership activations.
- Negotiate partnership benefits, promotional support, and customer privileges.
- Maintain strong long-term partner relationships and ensure partnership deliverables are fulfilled.
Customer Growth & Retention
- Support initiatives to increase new customer acquisition, member sign-ups, repeat purchases, basket size and spending frequency.
- Monitor customer purchasing trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop customer engagement activities such as loyalty campaigns, health screening events, member-exclusive promotions, CRM engagement activities.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to improve customer journey and in-store experience.
CRM & Loyalty Program Support
- Assist in managing loyalty and membership programmes.
- Coordinate customer database growth initiatives.
- Track campaign performance and customer retention metrics.
- Support personalised customer communication campaigns through SMS, email marketing, Apps notifications, social media collaborations.
Outlet Campaign & Activation Execution
- Work closely with Marketing and Outlets to coordinate all relevant campaigns from planning to execution with the objective of creating footfall to the outlets.
- Ensure campaigns are properly communicated to retail outlets.
- Work with creative and marketing teams on campaign materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign analysis reports.
Business Growth Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse campaign ROI and partnership effectiveness.
- Prepare monthly reports on customer growth, partnership performance, campaign sales contribution, repeat purchase trends.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer conversion and retention.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business/Marketing, Advertising/Media, Retail Management or equivalent.
- 1-3 years experience in CRM, retail marketing, business development or customer engagement.
- Experience in retail pharmacy, healthcare, FMCG, or shopping mall marketing is an advantage.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good negotiation and coordination abilities.
- Analytical mindset with reporting capability.
- Project management and campaign execution skills.
- Understanding of customer loyalty and retention strategies.
- Able to work independently and cross-functionally.
