About the role
We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our team at
Penyau Design Sdn. Bhd. in Sibu, Sarawak. In this full-time role, you will be
responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our range
of design services and products. You will play a crucial part in driving our business
growth and brand awareness within the local and regional market.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
- Creating engaging content, such as blog posts, e-newsletters, and social media posts, to build brand loyalty and attract new clients.
- Analysing marketing data and insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.
- Collaborating with sales team to generate new leads and support business development efforts.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing approach remains competitive and innovative.
- Assisting with event planning and coordination to promote our services and network with potential clients.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media and analytics software.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Creativity and a passion for staying up-to-date with marketing trends and best practices.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
