About The Job
- Liaise with appointed agencies, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely development and delivery of advertising materials, promotional content, and media schedules.
- Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to coordinate sales launches, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows, and marketing events.
- Support the sourcing and selection process for suitable advertising agencies, consultants, and suppliers.
- Track and manage advertising and promotional expenses, ensuring alignment with the approved marketing budget.
- Oversee the preparation and readiness of marketing collaterals, including scale models, brochures, sales kits, renderings, animation videos, website updates, and sales gallery panels.
- Execute marketing strategies and initiatives that align with business goals and drive brand visibility.
- Prepare and submit relevant documentation for online submissions to KPKT, such as NAPIC reporting.
Skills And Requirements
- Holds a Diploma or Degree in any relevant field, preferably in Marketing or Business Studies.
- Brings 12 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally within the property development sector.
- Comfortable working under pressure and in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Displays a proactive mindset with a positive and collaborative attitude.
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
