Marketing Executive (Property Development)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing activities for property projects, including project launches, advertisements, and promotional campaigns
• Support sales launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and on-site marketing activities
• Assist in creating and managing basic marketing content for social media, advertisements, and promotional materials
• Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, design, and appointed agencies to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities
• Support the preparation of marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, and digital materials
• Conduct basic market research and monitor property market trends and competitors
• Track marketing activities and assist in preparing performance reports

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
• 12 years of marketing experience (experience in property development or real estate is an advantage)
• Good communication skills in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proactive, organised, and able to support multiple activities during sales launches and campaigns
• Familiar with social media platforms; basic design knowledge is an added advantage
