About The Job
- Develop and implement digital marketing initiatives across platforms including TikTokTikTok, InstagramInstagram, and Facebook.
- Conduct market studies to gather data on consumer behaviour, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Ensure brand messaging remains consistent and resonates with the target audience across all channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
- Maintain the overall look and feel of the sales gallery to align with branding standards and deliver a strong first impression.
- Assist in organising and executing on-site marketing events and launches.
skills and requirements
- 2323 years of experience in the property development industry or a related field.
- Must possess a Higher Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any other relevant field.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and current trends.
- Experience in maintaining sales galleries and coordinating on-site event logistics.
