Their focus is developing real estate projects, building brand positioning, and executing high-impact marketing initiatives across digital and live channels.

About The Job

Execute comprehensive marketing strategies, manage brand collateral, and lead digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google and Meta Ads to generate leads.
Organize property launches and promotional events while tracking market trends and campaign performance for management review.

Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate or property development sector.
Knowledge of real estate market dynamics and customer preferences is an added advantage.
Proficient in MS Office and marketing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and social media tools.
