Role Description
We are looking for a creative and performance driven TikTok Lead to grow our brand presence and drive sales through TikTok. This role is responsible for planning content strategy, supervising content creation, managing creators and optimizing TikTok performance to maximize reach, engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a consistent TikTok content strategy that supports brand awareness, audience growth and sales objectives.
- Supervise and coordinate the production of TikTok content including product videos, trend based content, storytelling videos and educational content.
- Manage the TikTok content calendar and ensure videos are produced and published consistently.
- Stay updated with TikTok trends, viral formats, sounds and platform updates.
- Plan and coordinate TikTok LIVE sessions including product demonstrations, promotional campaigns and collaborations with creators to drive sales through TikTok Shop.
- Identify and manage partnerships with TikTok creators, influencers and affiliates to expand brand reach and support sales growth.
- Analyze TikTok analytics including views, engagement, follower growth and conversion rates.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support product launches and promotional campaigns through TikTok content and LIVE sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications,or related field.
- 1 to 3 years experience in social media marketing with strong focus on TikTok.
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithm and short form content strategy.
- Experience creating or managing TikTok content for brands or personal accounts.
