Overall Job Objectives
To support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives, ensuring all activities are delivered smoothly and aligned with objectives. This role involves managing campaign data and documentation, assisting with events and on-ground activations, and maintaining marketing materials and brand consistency. It also focuses on building strong customer relationships, driving engagement, and leveraging insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and overall brand performance.
Core Responsibilities
1. Marketing Campaign Execution
- Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Ensure all campaign activities are executed according to plan
- Monitor campaign progress and report outcomes to the marketing team
2. Administrative & Support Tasks
- Gather and maintain marketing performance data daily, weekly, and monthly
- Update Brand Activation decks with activation photos, outlet achievements, and campaign highlights
- Maintain organized tracking sheets for ongoing campaigns
3. Brand Campaign Assistance
- Track activation status and ensure updates are recorded accurately
- Collect post-campaign proof, including activation photos and performance records
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting for all marketing initiatives
4. Event Coordination & On-Ground Support
- Assist in planning and executing on-ground activations and marketing events
- Provide on-site support during campaigns to ensure smooth execution
- Coordinate logistics and liaise with vendors as needed
5. Marketing Materials & Collateral Management
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and activation kits
- Maintain inventory of marketing collateral and promotional items
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials
6. Customer & Consumer Relationship Management
- Develop and manage strong relationships with customers and consumers to strengthen brand affinity and loyalty
- Lead customer engagement initiatives during campaigns and activations to drive meaningful brand interactions
- Gather, analyze, and translate customer feedback into actionable insights to enhance marketing strategies and campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer-centric initiatives that improve satisfaction, retention, and overall brand perception
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, brand activation, or event coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams, vendors, and customers
- Ability to manage data, track campaign performance, and prepare reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of marketing tools is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel and provide on-ground support for events and activations
- Creative thinking with a problem-solving mindset
- Basic understanding of branding, marketing principles, and customer engagement strategies
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
