Your Role in VT Markets
To help us grow our business in Europe and Latin America, we are seeking a motivated and data-driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and versatile Marketing Generalist to support our promotional and CRM initiatives, while contributing to the broader marketing function.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in campaign management, client engagement, or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience working with marketing analytics tools (Power BI, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Spanish, Chinese, and English.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in performance marketing, loyalty programs, or growth marketing is a plus.
- Understanding of customer segmentation and behavioral targeting in online investment brokerage industry is a plus.
Your responsibilities will include
1. Promotional Campaign Management
- Coordinate with backend development team to ensure promotional campaign setup, system logic, and delivery accuracy.
- Liaise with Global Marketing team on campaign planning, materials, and execution, adapting initiatives for local relevance and compliance.
- Arrange campaign-related communications (email, push, SMS, in-app banners, landing pages, etc.) to ensure consistent and timely rollout.
- Monitor campaign results and provide feedback for optimization.
2. CRM & BAU Communications
- Manage day-to-day CRM sends (emails, push notifications, SMS) including trading stimulation campaigns, lifecycle journeys, and IB (Introducing Broker) communications.
- Ensure accurate segmentation, scheduling, and reporting of CRM activities.
- Continuously analyze performance data to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions.
3. [Bonus] Digital Paid Advertising (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience with digital paid ads (Google, Meta, programmatic) in bidding, optimization, and reporting will be considered a strong advantage, but not a core requirement for the role.

- Brand Presence & Engagement: Successfully establish and strengthen VT Markets brand presence in your region through consistent, high-quality campaigns that resonate with target audiences and generate measurable engagement across all marketing channels
- Campaign Effectiveness: Deliver marketing initiatives that consistently achieve or exceed lead generation and conversion targets while maintaining cost efficiency and demonstrating clear ROI on marketing investments
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with the Global Marketing COE and regional teams, ensuring seamless execution of marketing strategies and timely delivery of all marketing deliverables
