Pixalink is a Malaysian B2B SaaS company building a loyalty and CRM platform for brick-and-mortar businesses — F&B chains, retailers, healthcare providers, and professional services. We power loyalty programs, WhatsApp marketing, and customer engagement for brands. We're growing fast and looking for a creative storyteller who can help us show business owners why better customer engagement matters — through video, not just words.
The Role
You'll own the content engine for our B2B marketing — turning real customer wins, product demos, and industry trends into short-form video, social posts, and campaign assets that get business owners to stop scrolling.
This isn't a coffee-run internship. You'll ship real content that real prospects see.
What You'll Do
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn — product demos, customer stories, founder talking-head clips, behind-the-scenes
- Capture footage on-site at client locations (F&B outlets, retail stores) — visiting cafés, restaurants, and shops around Klang Valley
- Stay on top of trends — know what's working this week on TikTok and LinkedIn, and adapt formats to our B2B audience
- Edit content that's punchy, on-brand, and built for retention (hooks, captions, pacing, sound design)
- Write captions and hooks that make business owners pay attention
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to turn customer success stories into content
- Track what works — engagement, saves, shares — and feed insights back into the next round
What We're Looking For
- A real portfolio. Show us video content you've made — ideally for a business, brand, or client, not just personal vlogs. Results (views, engagement, conversions) are a big plus.
- Video editing skills. CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut — whichever you're fast in.
- Videography fundamentals. You can shoot clean, well-lit footage on a phone or DSLR/mirrorless without us hand-holding you on framing, audio, or lighting.
- Trend literacy. You can name 3 formats blowing up right now and explain why they work.
- Strong written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Bonus for Mandarin.
- Self-starter energy. We're a small team — you'll be trusted with real work, and we expect you to take ownership.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Multimedia, Film, or related — or self-taught with the portfolio to prove it.
Nice to Have
- Experience creating content for B2B brands (SaaS, agencies, professional services)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn as a content platform (not just a job site)
- Basic motion graphics (After Effects, CapCut effects, Canva animation)
- Graphic design skills (Figma, Canva, Adobe Illustrator)
- Photography skills
- Own a camera / gimbal / mic setup
