Join us as an intern and gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of eB2B! Your role as eB2B Operations & Digital Marketing Intern into the eB2B Department is crucial to our commitment to excellence in every aspect of our daily operations.

As a Coca-Cola Intern, you will:

Digital Campaign & Trade Promotion Execution

  • Support the end-to-end setup, execution, optimisation, and performance tracking of digital campaigns, vouchers, trade promotions (TROs), and retailer engagement initiatives on Coke Buddy across Singapore and Malaysia.

CRM, Loyalty & Customer Lifecycle Marketing

  • Assist in developing and executing CRM, loyalty, and lifecycle marketing programmes to drive retailer acquisition, engagement, retention, reactivation, and order frequency growth.

eB2B Operations & Retailer Engagement

  • Support retailer onboarding, platform adoption, market visits, user training, and issue resolution to enhance the overall retailer experience and grow digital distribution.

Digital Content & Platform Management

  • Manage and maintain digital assets, promotional content, product information, campaign creatives, and platform content to ensure accuracy, localisation, and optimal user experience.

Reporting, Analytics & Insights

  • Prepare routine business reports and analyse campaign, CRM, loyalty, and platform performance to generate insights and recommendations that support growth and continuous improvement.

Project & Cross-Functional Support

  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Technology, Finance, and external partners to support feature launches, UAT testing, procurement processes, live streaming activities, and other digital transformation initiatives.

What You Will Gain

What We're Looking For

  • Open for students looking for mandatory or voluntary internship placement or interested students up to their final year in their program.
  • Have a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (ongoing / completed).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Have good time management in carrying out various projects.
  • Strong interest in eB2B and technology driven solutions.
  • Internship Intake Start Date: Immediately
  • Willing to be based in our office at Menara Lien Hoe, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
