Job Description

EVENT

  • Assist Assistant Marketing Manager in the organisation of local events (In-store activation/ trade/ pr/ OOH) to celebrate new product launches, develop customer loyalty and brand love within local market
  • Working closely with Assistant Marketing Manager to source vendors, source venues, manage logistics, budget, timeline, and other details (i.e. transportation and F&B) to create 360 successful events for clients
  • Coordinate and communicate closely with internal team, ground staffs and vendors in a pro-active manner to ensure that everyone is clear with their roles and responsibilities leading up to the event
  • Overseeing and ensuring D-0 of event runs smoothly and manage issues promptly when arise

RETAIL


  • Ensure new product launches information are well disseminated to the retail team
  • Prepare deck including all information related to new launch / competitors report by weekly
  • Visit the market regularly to ensure new product launches are well implemented and share pictures with the team
  • Take pictures of Guerlain counter as well as competitor activities and update on the share drive

VISUAL MERCHANDISING


  • Responsible for preparing a visual update brief to the supplier and ensuring visuals are updated on time and according to the marketing plan
  • Post-installation: Visit the counter to ensure all changes are reflected accurately, take photos, and ensure pristine merchandising execution
  • Support Assistant Marketing Manager to update merchandising POSM / planograms and review tester display in the stores according to Guerlain's directions
  • Maintain office inventory list, including POSMs, fixtures, testers, samples & etc
  • Track all boutique stores & departmental store counter maintenance and communicate with the maintenance team on completing timeline

PR & CRM


  • Work hand in hand with Assistant Marketing Manager on the seeding AOG to influencers and media based on launch calendar
  • Share all PR-related materials with PR agency on time and ensure that the information is well disseminated (localized press release by agency, assets or loan items for shooting from time-to-time)
  • Manage the automated and tactical email campaigns, including managing specific EDM platforms, drafting briefs for artwork with external agencies with minimal to zero revision
  • Ensure deliverables are met to send out EDM on time to the relevant database based on CRM and launches calendar
  • Update key performances with metrics i.e. Open rates, CTR, Conversion Rates, and other KPI (GWP Tracker) for the month

REGIONAL REPORTING


  • Monthly Report ie: CRM scorecard, post-activation report (Excluding PR), competitor report
  • Responsible to compile the top news in terms of brand activations (KOL/PR/CRM/Trade/Promotions) on social media/in-store in a neat and insightful manner and ensure submission on time
