Are you passionate about social media and love discovering influencers who can bring a brand's story to life At REFORM, we're looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic KOL Marketing Intern who can start in June or July 2026 and is eager to explore the exciting world of influencer marketing. Connecting brands with the right creators to build impactful campaigns.
Role Overview
As our KOL Marketing Intern, you'll play an active role in bridging the gap between clients and influencers. You'll help identify suitable Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), coordinate collaborations, and support the execution of influencer campaigns that strengthen brand visibility and engagement online.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify KOL across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences.
- Manage communications and build relationships with media, KOL, and third party agencies for joint collaboration of various campaigns/promotions.
- Reach and build a KOL network for different categories on social media.
- Implement KOL engagement campaigns by liaising & coordinating with KOL in their requirements, timeline and deliverables.
- Collaborate with team members to initiate and execute different promotional campaigns.
- Negotiate costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Support our operations team on ad-hoc basis.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in marketing, communication, public relations or a related field
- Excellent communication skills: You must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate your ideas effectively to the design team and clients.
- Positive attitude: You must have a positive attitude, be willing to learn, and be able to work collaboratively with the team.
- Minimum 3 months internship duration.
