Job Description

Omens Studios is looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Intern to join our in-house marketing team. This role is suitable for someone who is interested in digital marketing, social media and children's entertainment, and who would like hands-on experience supporting content campaigns across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing, creative and editing teams to coordinate content, manage social media activities and support the timely delivery of marketing materials.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for the company's apps, shows, merchandise, events and other initiatives.
  • Support the preparation, scheduling and publishing of content across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, while maintaining the social media content calendar.
  • Draft captions, video titles, descriptions and other marketing copy in accordance with approved campaign and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate the preparation and adaptation of videos, images and marketing materials for different campaigns, platforms and audiences.
  • Coordinate schedules, materials, reviews and deliverables with in-house and freelance editors, including maintaining task records, feedback, approvals and delivery status.
  • Maintain an organised library of marketing assets and assist internal teams, artists and editors in locating and distributing the correct files and materials.
  • Conduct market, audience, competitor and social media trend research to identify relevant insights and content opportunities.
  • Support the preparation of media kits, presentations, brochures, event materials, marketing giveaways and other promotional collateral.
  • Assist with event planning and on-ground activities, including attendee coordination, event setup, distribution of promotional materials and capture of approved event content.
  • Track social media and campaign performance, organise audience feedback and survey data, and prepare basic campaign reports and post-campaign summaries.

 

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing, or recently completed, a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or a related field.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • An interest in digital marketing, social media, animation or entertainment.
  • Familiarity with YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing, image editing or content-creation tools.
  • Organised, responsible and attentive to detail.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to learn and contribute ideas.

 

Good to Have

  • Basic experience with video-editing or design software.
  • Familiarity with YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, TikTok and social media scheduling tools.
  • Interest in animation, children's media, entertainment, games or educational content.
  • Experience creating short-form videos, social media graphics or personal-branding content.
  • An interest in artificial intelligence-assisted creative tools and workflows.
