The Position

The intern will develop a compliant, digital-ready KOL database and manage consent collection to enable targeted and compliant marketing engagement. They will also support internal events preparation through early logistics planning and document & compliance documentation. This role strengthens the organization's ability to execute effective, compliant stakeholder engagement and improves readiness for upcoming strategic events.

In this role, you will

  • Build and structure a digital-ready KOL database:

  • Research and compile information on KOLs expertise and relevance to marketing and medical engagement.

  • Organize and maintain the database with clear segmentation, tagging, and standardized data fields for future campaign use.

2. Manage consent collection and documentation:

  • Develop and execute a workflow for obtaining KOL consent in alignment with data privacy regulations and internal compliance guidelines.

  • Track, record, and maintain consent status in the database to ensure accuracy, audit readiness, and marketing eligibility.

3. Support internal events preparation:

  • Assist in identifying and shortlisting potential advisors based on strategic needs and KOL insights.

  • Contribute to early-stage logistics planning by preparing documentation, and vendor/venue research as needed.

Any other tasks or projects as assigned from time to time.
