As Marketing Intern - Vaccines in our process manufacturing team, you'll be incharge of general marketing and administration duties to support Brand Team and Operations.
Main Responsibilities
- General marketing and administration duties to support Brand Team and Operations
- Maintain and update databases and records related to marketing and sales activities
- Assist in the production and distribution of marketing materials, sales contracts and letters to HCPs and vendors
- Prepare monthly marketing and operations report and follow-up on action items
- Support team on meeting minutes and co-ordination
- Submission of Purchase Orders ensuring approvals before the need by date
- Creation of new vendors/HCO/HCP
- Managing event invoices and contracts/MOUs
- Submission of payments for events and sponsorship activities
- Submission and creation of new vendors and resubmission of expired vendors in the system
- Support sales execution (releasing of orders) during high season especially for flu
About You
- Bachelor degree in relevant fields
- Good attitude and communication skills
